Answering the question:
“Are women and men leaders equal?”
Tatiana Gerasimenok: Nature has created men and women differently — men tend to have high testosterone, which drives risk-taking and impulsive behavior, while women tend to have high intelligence, which supports strategic thinking and careful decision-making.
Men’s biological drive to seek adventure and test their physical endurance has been balanced by nature in such a way that, before sacrificing themselves, one man can impregnate several women; therefore their high mortality, linked to irrational behavior, does not affect the overall population size. If a hormonal eruption is put at the helm, the result will be war, destruction, and the constant loss of previous achievements.
Woman is the creative force of the planet, a wise ruler, and the mother of humankind. The difference is that if a creative force — with a clear mind, not clouded by fragile ego or unchecked emotions — is placed at the helm, that is, if the rational mind guides the courageous yet fragile body, sustainable development of humanity and a flourishing environment will follow.
